Hi..

DAMN i just found out i scored a 73 on Audit.. I studied my ass off and still got a 73.. but i knew that my simulations suffered and sure enough i did weak in simulations but strong on MCQs.

I was wondering should I continue with BEC.. i just currently finished BEC section 2 so 4 more to go… or should I study 1 month for Audit and take in early jan?

i feel like its better to keep it fresh?

Damn such a disappointment.

Take AUD again in January, if you have the time. Study for both sections together. If I'm not mistaken, there's some overlap in the material.

Yes COSO is part of BEC ERM material, so there's that overlap there. I'd take both.

Take Audit again, I put in about a month for my re-take and ended up with a 90. Totally doable. Just focus on solidifying the topics you saw on the SIMs, while maintaining your overall knowledge on the MCQs and you'll be golden.

AUD 8/16/12- Ughhh 71, Rematch: 90!!!

@Fear the beard, how did you tackle the AUD SIMS? I will be retaking AUD on Monday. I'm weak in SIMS. Please advise.

thanks everyone..

i just submitted my remittance to schedule audit and whatever else..

crap. becker did not help me with those audit simulations.. i def need to concentrate on Journal entries.. of all those becker sims.. i think only 1 had journal entries sim questions and that one was super easy.

ahh very fustrating but @mgoloubenko you make me very optimistic.

feelin very unmotivated right now.. guess i'll start studying after this holiday weeknd.

oh and i think i'll study hard for audit again then take on BEC.. i feel like the bec 1 and 2 are the most brutal and the Audit carry over to BEC was very minimal.. “coso” so i want to make sure i focus extremely hard on BEC rather than simultaneously study both.

man.. 0 for 1 so far.. i am not liking this.
