They seem much easier, more concise, and to the point compared to stuff I’ve been reviewing (CPA excel and wiley). Are most of the questions really like that? I could easily get through the whole document and get nearly all of them, if not all, correct. Yet that is not the case for Wiley and CPA excel all the time (for me). Just wondering.

I've noticed AICPA released questions are either medium testlets or even easier than the real deal. They are a compass that will let you know if you are going in the right direction but by no means are they exam quality.
