Is it possible to do an Audit of Balance Sheet and Review of Income Statement? Are there any ASUs related to combinations like these?

Sure u could. You would probably get charged for a full audit since all the statements work in conjunction anyways. It's extremely unlikely that a company would need one statement audited and another reviewed so I wouldn't worry about getting a question like that if I were u.
