Becker:
“Lead partners and concurring partners are subject to a five-year time out period before returning to an engagement. Other audit partners are subject to a two-year time out period”So,
lead partners –> rotate off after 5 years.
other partners –> rotate-off period of 5 years + time-out period of 2 years = 7 total years.
Is ^ correct? Then what’s the difference between rotate off and time out period?
