I took a Wiley simulation for AUD yesterday and it marked my answers as wrong because I did not write a formula the same way as the answer. For example the answer was =0.5*B5, but my answer was =.5*B5, or I write a sum formula using =A6+B6+C6, but the correct answer according to Wiley is =SUM(A6:C6).
Does anyone know if the exam is this nit picky, or is it just Wiley marking it down since it is graded by the web site? It’s hard enough having to manually write a formula, or, weaning yourself away from the tricks of Excel that I have used for the last 15 years (ie click and drag), but having to make sure I write the formula the correct way too???????
