Hello,

Am Ronak Patel, an aspiring CPA exam student. I have got my NTS today, and intend to take AUD exam on January 2 ,2015. I have finished 3 chapters (A1 to A3). Am currently contemplating to do a progress test (825 MCQ’s). Would you recommend to do all 825 MCQ’s to see where am currently standing in terms of my concepts, and also asses my performance for 1/2 of the AUD section or just take a sample to 100 to 200 MCQ’s? Any advice or recommendations will be appreciated. I look forward to hearing your responses.

Ronak-

825 questions may be a bit much. AUD really doesn't cover that much material. You can probably assess your standing with 100, maybe 200 questions if the material isn't sticking. I probably did less than 250 question in my entire study program for AUD.

I'm guessing that English is not your first language so be sure you read each question EXTRA carefully. The AUD questions are worded to be tricky.

Thanks Bill. And in terms of material – would you also recommend Wiley CPA? Currently am using Becker. My s/ware expires on Jan 2, 2015.
