    Does refusal by client to provide auditor with mgt rep letter makes the audit withdraw from audit/review/ compilation engagement?

    failure of mngt rep leads to :

    Audit – – – disclaimer or withdrawal

    Review – – – incomplete review i.e. prevent issue of review report

    Compilation – – – not mandatory

    Class of 2012 - 13.
