Taking AUD tomorrow – last one! – any last minute tips or advice of things I should go over twice and *make* sure I know or focus on for the last 24hrs?

Go thru ratios, reports,evidence-review all the flowcharts and tables.Review internal control.Re read your notes. and best of luck buddy!!!

for my AUD exam, I would say to know chapters 3 and 4 quite well. I would say the most important thing (on my exam, personally) was to know managements' assertions inside and out. also get an understanding of the flow of the transaction cycles, and understand all of the segregation of duties within them!

as for the sims, you really should have quite a nice amount of time (seeing as there are no computations or anything for the m/c). don't forget to use the research tab in your favor! (you can use it to look up answers for the other tabs, much like an open book test)

sorry, said chapters 3 and 4 assuming you had becker. I really don't remember all the details within them, but maybe you can find a table of contents online or something somewhere. it's been a few months since I took AUD, and studying for FAR has pretty much taken up 100% of my memory.

i take AUD on 11/27. this is a very helpful thread. i THINK i know this stuff but then I do questions and I make silly mistakes. hmmmm so I will focus on Chap 3 and 4 for my review.

I took AUD around Halloween and just found out I passed it this morning! It's been a great day!

As a last minute, I strongly recommend going over all the different auditor's reports. Knowing distinctive phrases and keywords of reports definitely helped me to remember which is which and it saved me a lot of time. i had more than an hour to spend on SIMs!

I take AUD on 11/27 too. I am focusing more on Internal Controls, Evidence and Reports. Trying to get many MCs and Sims done in the meantime.

I will have to travel 3 and a half hours to Minneapolis to take the exam, its at 4:00pm. Any suggestions as to my plan? Recommend going early and eating up some flashcards?
