I’m taking AUD on Saturday. I have gone thru the material pretty thoroughly. If anyone has any lat minute advice that might help me out or would like to share your experience with AUD I’d appreciate it. I know someone mentioned things from FAR being on there. I don’t have much time to go back and review FAR so I hope its not too bad.

I'm not a memorization person-didn't (couldn't) memorize anything for audit. And I passed. But I made sure to become very familiar with everything-but no memorization.

Yes. That's what I felt. Be comfortable with the material. I mean, it's all multiple choice, and you can use the professional literature for the sims, so as long as you have a good familiarity with it, you should be ok.

The only report I memorized word for word was the Standard Auditor's Report. For all the rest, you only need to know the deviations from it.

Ok, last question. I have 1 more night to study. I usually don't study the day or night before an exam because I don't want to feel burnt out when I get to the test. GAS & User/Service auditos, should I put a lot of focus here on my last night of studying or should I focus it somewhere that is probably more like to be tested heavily. Keep in mind I have a general understanding of both but not a detailed understanding

I would review: control environment, evidence (vouching, tracing, etc) and maybe some of the attestation engagaments.

Practice sims. There was an a sim on my real test identical, like word for word, to one that I found practicing somewhere…

I remember someone saying that. Good, I will practice some SIMs tonight. So the SIMs in the reviews are similar to the types of SIMs on the exam? I know that def wasn't the case for REG

Yes Haze! AUD sims are very similar to the ones found in Review Courses.

Hi BEHABOSS, I really don't know the process for an international candidate. You will need to contact NASBA to check if you quality and guide you through the application process. ok since there is alot of posts in here.. can someone answer me this…. which is better, studying tons of questions 3,4,5 times or reading chapters?

I ask this because I see people posting about being stumped on chapters 2/3. I found myself falling asleep reading the becker lecture notes. All i do is answer questions and only read becker 2009 class notes. i am on my third round of wiley review questions (1000*3) and averaging high 80's, I am also on my 4th go around with questions on Cpareviewforfree.

OP I also want to hear about your experience after saturday…
