Just Took AUD…

I’m almost certain I failed AUD today. I’ve put in hundreds of hours studying and practices thousands of questions (including repeats). I don’t know if it’s the length of time sitting there taking the test or the content itself. What should I do? Quit now and find a job? Retake it until I pass?

When I walked out of the auditing exam I was pretty certain I failed because I felt the multiple choice were poorly worded and I made plenty of guesses between two choices, some even more. I knew that if I were to pass it would be the simulations that saved me. When I received my score report, I actually performed stronger on the multiple choice and comparable on the simulations which shocked me. Moral of the story, most people who pass these exams think they failed because the test gets progressively harder if you do well. Even if you fail you should just restudy and try it again. Sometimes, especially with audit, there is a little luck involved with the types of questions you receive. I'm sure you passed and are in the same boat I was.

    Thanks Becker!

I think you need to move on to the next section. I know it's hard to move on thinking you know you failed. Trust me, we all have been through that feeling. Stay positive! You'll know how you did soon enough.

Thank you both. I hope you're right Texas27. I think I will retake it if I need to. I'm going to start on FAR tomorrow, cpham4. I try I will try harder now.

Sorry for starting a new thread Minimorty. I didn't see that other one.
