Just got done with AUD

I just got home from AUD. I thought the test was very fair, not too much out of left field. I didn’t feel like the MC’s necessarily got harder or longer in the last 2 testlets, they were more focused on details rather than broad concepts. I am hoping that means I was scoring well, but we shall see. I finished in around an hour and a half

The SIM’s weren’t awful, a few were difficult and one I had no clue on and had 1 research questions. I looked up as many answers as I could, and walked about with around 50 minutes left.

The only other thing that I thought was odd, I received an email this morning from the testing center which said they had seats available early, and I could come in any time between 10:30 and 12:30, which was the original time of my appointment. At 10:30, the guy at the testing center called me and told me I could come in any time. I was happy to go in early and told him I appreciated it. He told me he in the future he would call me if anything opened up earlier on the day of my appointments. Anyone have experiences like that?

@Jpyoung – sounds like a passing score to me. Congrats!! I have not experienced that but I know someone that did and they said “if there are only a few people testing at a certain and there are lots of opening earlier. Prometric will call or email to see if you would like to come in earlier. That way they could possibly be done testing everyone earlier in the day.

Thank you. I feel pretty good about it, but I am very careful not to get too confident about anything when it comes to this exam.

The other thing about this proctor which is weird, he never checks my 2nd ID, just asks for my drivers license and tells me to put my passport in the locker.

I have never had them to check a 2nd ID for me, it has always been just my Driver's License.

I also took AUD today and I thought it was the least difficult out of the 4 sections. Nothing comes close to REG or FAR. You couldn't pay me enough to study for and take either of those sections ever again

I also thought it seemed fair only 1 research question and 1 completely out of left field but with researching I was able to complete it so I hope that simulation counted!!! I did feel my simulations where all the same 2 topics so hopefully i knew what I was doing!!! NO J/E so im praying for a pass because I dont want a SIM with J/E!!! multiple choice seemed ok idk if the booklets were getting harder so I guess its just time to relax until I get my score to see how I will proceed!! Goodluck to everyone!!

REG 10/01/2011- failed retake hopefully May 2012
    AUD 11/30/2011- failed retake 1/9/2012
    BEC 2/25/2012 -
    FAR-TBD

I got mine done too. MCQs were easier than I thought but some were from material I hadn't covered in 2011 Gleim. Task Based Simulations absolutely killed any chance I had of passing though. =(

I also took audit today and found that the mcq's weren't too bad and when it came to the sims, I only had 1 research and there was one sim I guess you could say that was left field also. The rest weren't too bad, actually pretty much what I expected and I used the research tabs to help with them. I finished with only 6 minutes left! I used all the time I could to research and make sure I had right answers, hope it worked!
