    Does all of your material account for these changes?

    The NINJAs will be updated sometime in May for the Clarity Standards in time for July exams.

    So if we have not taken Audit we should by July? or the materials change in such a way that studying will become tedious or maybe overwhelming.

    They will just change – and that usually brings with it lower passing rates (see 2011 changes).

    So – all else being equal … try to knock AUD out if you can.

    If you can't – don't sweat it…thousands of others will be taking it post-change along with you.

    2011 changes was more of a formatting structure change. This is just content and from what I understand, these changes actually make this stuff a little more comprehensible. The only downside is that you have to know the old and the new (standards), regardless, its content and in terms of content, FAR will always be the beast.

    2011 brought IFRS, REG-BEC content swaps, Dodd-Frank, REG-AUD content swaps, COSO, international auditing … just off the top of my head.

    Those are pretty big changes, agreed, but this change is much smaller, a few phrases switched out and the clarity standards (I am referring to Audit). I guess what I am trying to say is that 2011 is not the best indicator of what to expect in terms of passing rates increasing/decreasing with this exam because there was a much greater change in content/formatting.
