It's tested heavily enough that you need to know it.

Th IT portion is very small. I think my textbook is maybe 5 pages long. I would skim through the text and then work the questions at least once so you are familiar with what may be asked.

You could get a handful of questions so be familiar.

I just took audit, i did not even have one question on IT, though every test is different, mine was heavy on compilations,reviews,and examinations, and for the testlets really heavy on controls, and entries.
