Is BEC the exam with shortest study time?

Here is my situation – I got a new job last month. I’m half-way thru studying for AUD. I started studying for it in early January. I’m scheduled to take AUD on April 29th. That’s about 5 weeks away. I doubt I will be ready by then. This new job pretty well threw off my continuity and I’ve already forgotten a lot of what I studied 2 months ago. I might push it out until May.

My NTS expires on August 15th (for FAR, BEC, AUD, and REG; I took FAR already.) I will not have time to study for REG before that). I’ve scheduled BEC for August 15th…the latest date I can take it.

My question is about the length of time it takes most people to study for BEC. With the new exam format and BEC having TBS’s, I think most people will have to spend longer preparing for it. Does BEC usually take about the same time to study for as AUD does, or does it take alonger/shorter time for most people?
