1) Grandparent

2) Sibling

3) Non-related dependent

4) Spouse

I would go with number 4 spouse, since spouse is a covered member, the others are just close relative. 🙂 hope im right.

oh…. sorry, would not, haha!! i mis-read, then i would go with 2. sibling, maybe??

Spouse is out. Same thing with non related dependent since you would have influence over them. So we have grandpa and sibling left. I'd say grandpa because sibling is a closer relative than grandpa.

2) dependent- conflict of interest? close relative I'd say?

its either the dependent or grandparent but I'd go with grandparents
