How much time for final review?

Hi guys, I just finished the last chapter of Becker AUD and only have 4 full days left of pure final reviewing before my exam. Is that even enough time? I’m getting a little worried, I thought I’d have more time but with finals and graduation, I put off studying for several days. What should I focus on? Reading, SIMS or MCQ? I’m feeling very nervous!!

Probably gonna be a push. Have you done the Becker Final Exams? They are helpful. Besides doing both of those, I would pound MCQ”s. That's how I learn best at least, everyone is different. Plus I think MCQ questions carry into the SIMS.

    FAR (1/15/14)- 92
    AUD (5/05/14)- 94
    BEC (5/28/14)- 85

Four days is a little sparse but I guess it depends on how you know the material right now. I'm giving myself a week for AUD and gave myself a week and a half for FAR.

I would recommend doing a lot of progress tests to see what areas you need brushing up on. Then, try the practice finals.

    FAR: May 1st, 2014 - 91
    AUD: May 29th, 2014 - 97!
    BEC: July 16th, 2014 - 91
    REG: August 29th, 2014 - 88

I plan to do the Becker Final Exam this weekend. Perhaps on Saturday so I can take all of Sunday to brush up on my weak areas. I've been doing the progress tests and on average score 85%. How many total hours should I give for just final reviewing?

I’m averaging about 84% on the progress tests, and I think I’m almost ready. Take the final exam as soon as you can and don’t wait to do it one day before the exam. I have been studying for 3 months already and to get to 84% on the progress test on FAR is not easy, so I think you don’t need much of a long final review. Can you take the exam on May 31 to cover your weak points?

    Grashopper Gian,

You are not “ready” until you've literally forgotten everything you've learned, and every answer, every topic and every question begins melting together into one large blob of unmanageable gibberish.

State of panic = 48-24 hours before exam.

then my friend… you will truly be ready. 🙂

break six legs and four pencils… good luck!

    AUD - 75*, 88 done 5/14! (*exp)
    BEC - 74 , 77
    REG - 65 , 76 (10 point combooo!!)
    FAR - 69 , 75

Thanks for the advice guys! I just took Becker's Final Exam and scored a 76%. It's obvious I still need to do more final reviewing but I'm starting to think I may actually have a shot of passing. I read a thread somewhere on there where most test takers scored higher on the actual exam vs. Becker's final exam. Either way, I'm still going to put in another 20hrs or so of pure reviewing and MCQs. I'll take the second final Sunday morning. My exam is Monday afternoon.

If you scored a 76 on the final exam, you're fine. Those tests are waaaayyyy harder than the actual exam.

AUD: PASSED [81]; Expired, retaking August 23rd
BEC: PASSED [83]; Expired, retaking July 11th
    REG: PASSED [83]
FAR: FAILED [64]; Retaking May 23rd
