I can do about 150 – 175 a day.

Anything more than that I feel a little headache and a bit lost.

Is it normal? Any idea how to get more done in a day.

200 has always been my max for any section. I can literally feel my brain melting 1 question over my 200 max

You can do a lot in a day, but are you understanding the reasons behind the right and wrong answers?? I never did more than 30-40 per day. I had to take a lot of time to analyze each question and figure out why the right answer is right and why the wrong answers are wrong.

I move very slow going through MCQs making sure I fully understand the question and the choices. I study full time so 200 isn't bad. I try to do 100 in the morning and 100 in the afternoon

I average 40 – 60 per day. But I also work full-time, I'm married, have a 1.5 year old daughter and a son on the way (due January). I think it's more important to analyze each question and why the incorrect answers are wrong than to try to fit in hundreds of questions. But obviously everyone's situation is different (especially if you don't have kids!)
