For going concern consideration, is it 12 months from the audit report issuance date? or balance sheet date? I’m confused!

The going concern period should not exceed one year from the date of the financial statements being audited.

AUD: August 31, 2015
BEC: Octover 31, 2015
FAR: July 6, 2015
REG: ✓ - expires (10/31/2015)
