Has anyone ever seen a SIM that was in their review material?

I’m wondering if anyone has ever gotten a sim on the actual exam that was identical (or almost identical) to one they saw in their review materials? I had planned to be able to do all my sims 100% correctly so that if I get one that I’ve seen before I can breeze right through it, but I wonder if that’s just wasted effort and I ought to concentrate on MCQs.

    AUD - 88
    FAR - 90
    REG - 85
    BEC - 88

Not for my last exam, which was FAR. =(

With that being said, I thought the sims were reasonable, even though I got most of them wrong haha.

Btw, I didn't realize you were asking for AUD, my bad! =)

    B - (4/2012)
    A - (5/2012)
    R - (1/2012) Done!
    F - (10/2011) Done!

I had a SIM on my Audit exam that was VERY similar to one from the AICPA sample test.

@SoCal I wasn't necessarily specifically asking for AUD, I just had to stick it in one of the forums. I think if it's happened on REG, FAR, or BEC, then it's game for AUD too. So thanks!

    AUD - 88
    FAR - 90
    REG - 85
    BEC - 88

So far I've only taken two exams. I didn't do any practice SIMS for Audit before taking the test. And if I had it wouldn't have helped anyways. Nothing on my test that was similar to what I saw in the book. However, for FAR I did practice SIMS and it seemed a little more helpful. Nothing identical on the real deal, but helpful to study nonetheless.
