I find that towards the end of the exams I've just felt really malnourished: dehydrated, hungry, starting to get a headache, etc despite hydrating and eating beforehand.

Agreed. Usually by hour three I am hungry again.

Also I thought all prometric centers had water coolers? People are saying they are getting thirsty. I always drink water when I take a brea.

When I took the test in 2016, I had taken breaks usually after the first or the second section for only like 5-7 minutes. It is nice to stretch and get some blood flowing. Sitting for the whole test is very tiring.

I used the restroom before the exam started and did not drink any liquids on the morning before the exam. Hence….I did not use the break time.
I heard about one person who pulled their cel phone out of their locker during that break, and they were not allowed to finish the exam. All's fair… I actually
wanted to eat some food that I put in the locker, it was a Kind bar or Clif Bar as I remember. But – better safe than sorry. Those Prometric staff are like cops.

I took at least one break for each exam. Went to the bathroom, drank some ice tea, snacked on some peanut butter and crackers. But I tend to test well/quickly. I only ever used all my time for FAR.
