GAGAS – internal control effectiveness?

    I am so confused – Becker is too unclear regarding this concept

    My understanding is that there are 3 different types of GAGAS reports: Compliance, Regular Audit & Single Audit

    So… when do you report on effectiveness over I/C? I know for compliance audits in accordance with GAGAS you don’t

    can someone clarify – i’m confused and test on friday – thanks!

    Ehh – I think I got it now… disclaimer on internal controls but you assess effectiveness in your evaluation of I/C over noncompliance
