I purchased the WTB last September and did ALL of the AUD MCQs and SIMs available (going over them multiple times leads to memorization for me)

Unfortunately, I did not pass and had to schedule a retake for January

I do not currently have the funds to purchase a new textbook for MCQs and SIMs and my exam is in a fortnight πŸ™

So, since WTB has not updated, I will rewrite the piles of AUD notes I have and review the SIMs solutions I printed out.

Since my REG (4x to pass) expires in February and I REALLY don’t want to revisit that material, I have to pass this exam for once and for all!!!

Any other study suggestions would be greatly appreciated πŸ™‚

You could also find the AICPA released questions and study them. You can find them for as many years as you want basically. They just won't have the clarity project. And there is CPAreviewforfree.com.

If possible, I want the most up to date questions…I only have shot a this and don't want to screw it up on exam day because I picked answers based on studying outdated materials.

So far, I have been studying the 2014 NINJA Notes as well as my notes that still apply…rewriting a large pile of Notes currently πŸ™‚

Find the funds to get updated material. Retakes and losing credit for passed exams are much more expensive! Would certainly be a larger (and potentially preventable) opportunity cost.

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

Massachusetts CPA (non reporting) since 3/12.

You have to be careful with buying Becker questions though. Some people sell PDFs of the questions. I would just spend money on the 2014 Wiley textbook. Or you can borrow one from your local library. I know the Wiley Testbank does not offer the option to clear out your stats for questions you already covered. I am studying for my audit retake and when I go through the testbank I am focusing on why an answer is wrong or right. As someone else noted about check out cpareview for free. Gleim also has a testbank for less than $100. I would rather spend $100 or less than have to pay for a retake and not to mention you have the risk of losing a score.

    AUD - 73, 72 retake 7/2/2016
    BEC - 8/20/2016
    REG - TBD
    FAR - TBD

I am so ready for this nightmare to be over. Been at this way too long.
