I have taken the auditing exam about 80 times now and this past time I thought I would try a review course that I had never used before…CPAEXCEL. I love their concept of 30 minute study sessions; however, I still failed the exam. I need your input, PLEASE! What review course did you use? I took Becker back in 2003 and I am assuming it has changed since then.

I solely used Becker and got a 91, though I wasn't confident coming out of the exam. But they obviously taught me what I needed to know. I have two in the bag now, and I think I can safely say I trust Becker.

Thank you for your input. I was thinking of going back to Becker becuase I get the returning student discount. Plus I like classroom study…I need time away from the kids to study.

I passed in april, but used becker, becker final review, and their flash cards as well as wiley test bank….

I use becker self-study, final review, flash cards, wiley test bank, and I make my own flash cards using studyblue.com

Becker (2011) with the Ninja Notes and Audio and a little ExamMatrix thrown in the mix. I would not recommend ExamMatrix, I is what my employer provided me to help so I used it a little.

I really enjoy Yaeger and Roger CPA. I have used these two on review courses on different sections and I think they are good. I always use the NINJA notes and the NINJA audio is my new best friend! I say pick a course that fits your learning style but become a NINJA too 🙂

I use ExamMatrix and supplement with Wiley books and Ninja Notes/Audio. It's been working so far!!
