For those who have taken AUD

I know we have 4 hours to answer 3 30question testlets. My question is how much time did you have left for the SIMS? It seems like everyone breezes through the MCQs for AUD with plenty of time left for the SIMS. For FAR I had to use strict time management to leave 1.5hours for the SIMS, but I’m wondering if I’m going to need strict time management for AUD since it seems it’s all theory based and no calculations like with FAR.

    Thanks!

Ya MCQ's are pretty quick. Took me 1.5 hours to do it and used up all the time for SIMS.

    B 2/12 87
    A 11/11 90
    R 8/11 86
    F 5/12 88

AUD wasnt too bad for me, an hr and a half seems like a sufficient time to do the in. Make sure you know all the risks and the ratios. Most of my sims were on that.

my weakness was SSAE and i was lucky and only had a few questions on that. pheww

    AUD - 11/16/2011 - 86
    REG - 1/12/2012 - 77
    BEC - 2/29/2012 - 90
    FAR - 11/29/2012 - 85

I zoomed through the MCQ's in 1.5 hours. Then another hour for the SIMs. So I had an hour an a half to burn. I basically tweaked my answers in the SIMs until I had 15 minutes left. At that point, I knew I was done and passed.

I got done in an hour with the multiple choice and then it took me about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the sims. I finished 1 hour and 15 minutes early on FAR. I don't understand how people run out of time although I rushed through my FAR MC and probably could have done much better.

I don't think time will be an issue for you on Audit if you did fine on FAR. Good luck, only one more to go for you!

    FAR - 7/25/11 - 79
    AUD - 11/29/11 - 93
    REG - 2/29/12 - 86
    BEC - 4-5/XX/12

I finished the MCQs in about 1:15 and spent 45 minutes on the SIMs and walked out of the exam with 2 hours to spare. It seems like most people breeze through the MCQs. In either case, it all depends on your test-taking style, so try to make a plan that works best for you based on your practice and studies.

    FAR 88 (07/15/11)
    BEC 83 (08/31/11)
    AUD 81 (10/15/11)
    REG 83 (11/26/11)

I also left the exam with 2 hours to spare….AUD is the one section where time won't usually be an issue
