Take heart…I did some checking…
In Wave 1 of the Oct/Nov 2009 window, 5579 AUD scores released initially with 1547 additional ones released a few days later with REG.
If you factor in the fact that fewer people take exams in Jan/Feb traditionally (busy season), then this lower # of exams first released is in line with what happened last window in Wave 1.
