ok, so I took audit again and recieved a 74. not sure what it is about audit but going in I felt prepared and when I left the test I was a little shell shocked but still thought I had a chance. when I saw I recived a 74 I was pretty sick to my stomach but need to move on.

anyways, my plan is to retake Audit again within the next to weeks and start studying for FAR.

so my schedule as of now is to take :

AUD: 10/03

FAR: 11/29

Should I give myself more time for Audit? I cant stand to watch another lecture at this point and feel like the best way to go is to just do new MCQ’S and SIMS from becker. I used rogers and Wiley’s for the first two attempts with very little becker.

I’m looking to use becker this time.I tried to watch the becker lectures today but found them boring.. am I better off just reading the becker book or should I just do the becker mcq’s and simulations strictly?

Okay I'm not expert at AUD as I failed with 73 (used becker), but I def. recommend using Becker…especially their MCQs. They were very very close to the actual exam (idk if I was lucky or if that happens usually), and there were only couple MCQ on the real exam that I had never seen before.

SIMS, you can never prepare for that…but I felt Becker was pretty good!!

I don't know why I failed, maybe b/c J/E on the SIMS and I'm pretty sure I messed up my Debit/Credit. I haven't taken FAR yet, and people say FAR helps with AUD especially with J/E.

I'm hoping to take AUD again next window. Hope I get lucky with MCQs and non-FAR sims!! Also, this time around…I'm not skipping any chapter, and really studying hard (actual studying, not just sitting front of the book taking 30mins break every 20mins).

If you already have Rogers, i dont think you should get Becker. Especially if you are getting bored during the lectures, Roger is way more entertaining. With a 74 it sounds like you just need more practice doing MCQ. I would actually take a break from AUD right now because it sounds like you are getting frustrated and burnt out. Move on to another section and then come back to AUD with a revengence.

thx for advice guys, I think I'm going to just keep doing mcq's and do them at a slower pace this time.
