I just found out today that I scored 67 on AUD.. I scored 70 on last attempt.

First time I only used NINJA MCQs.. and this time I studied with Roger CPA review.

My REG credit will expire on 10/1, and BEC on 10/21.. So I have one attempt left on 10/1.

I passed REG and BEC pretty easily on 1st attempt. I passed FAR on 2nd attempt, but it was because I underestimated

the material.. I think REG, BEC and FAR are pretty straight forward as there are many calculation problem. English is not my first language and I think that is why I am having a problem with studying AUD. Although I trended 80+ in Ninja MCQ, I think it is higher because I memorized many questions..

So with about 2 months remaining.. how should I study for the retake? Should I re-study Roger material? Should I buy Wiley Test Bank as I memorized Ninja MCQs?

    REG 86 (4/1/2014)
    BEC 77 (4/21/2014)
    FAR 75 (4/20/2015)
    AUD

@Claudia408 2 days before the exam, I switched from reviewing with Becker and I did about 200 NINJA MCQ. I believe that helped drive up some points. I also typed up all of my notes. Other than God's grace, I would say taking the exam for the 3rd time played a factor since I had technically spent about 6 months with material during the time span over the three tries.

My multiple choice were pretty tough, but my SIMS weren't too bad. I didn't get any FAR SIMS and 2 SIMS dealing with Becker CH 6 material.

    FAR - 63, 66, 59, 76
    BEC - 76
    REG - 77
    AUD - 63, 66, 82

    DONE 🙂

I failed audit 3 times and just passed on my 4th try. Do not give up. I used Becker mostly and reading the book over and over and over is what helped me. Also, while I read, I tried to relate it to real life so that I was not just memorizing but I was finding relationships. That works for me best. I was getting frustrated also and wanted to give up but I kept pushing and so can you! You can do this!

Oh I forgot to add – I was studying online for all the exams. I switched to taking live courses and that really helped! I learned a lot from the teacher's application and the questions from other students. I hope it helps me with FAR!

    FAR - 63, 66, 59, 76
    BEC - 76
    REG - 77
    AUD - 63, 66, 82

    DONE 🙂

Aud is BS. I think it's the one exam that is extremely dependent on luck. I hate AUD.

@bearsmaddy My main lecture was Becker 2014 then I subsidized it with Yaeger lecture (Cynthia Simpson). I jotted down all necessary formulas and committed myself to memorizing most of them. For MCQ's, I only used Ninja, did little over 1,000 questions but I felt comfortable with the overall material to sit in for the exam.

As for the simulation, you hardly need to prepare for it. You just need to stay on point and be sure it's free of basic errors (grammar, punctuation etc). SIM is also computer-graded. Good luck!

Let's not ever, ever, ever give up.

    Licensed CPA since Apr 16

I failed AUD 4 times! The study process that worked for me is to read ninja book and take notes. After you finish a chapter from ninja book then do ninja mcq only for that chapter. Do this for the remaining of the ninja book chapters. At the end, make yourself flashcards from the notes that you took. After that just do ninja mcq and sims. Good luck! Stay thirsty my friend 😉

    AUD - 65, 72, 70, 74, 81
    FAR - 66, 71, 76
    REG - 69
    BEC - 80

I am taking AUD for the second time 8/24. Made a 57 the first time. It seems like I am understanding more of it better as I went through the MCQ this time. I also bought the Ninja Book that I think is also helping me understand better. Studying the flash cards as well. The only parts I really seem to have more trouble with are the reports and professional responsibilities.

My REG will expire 8/25 for sure.

    REG: 76 (EXPIRE 8/25)

    FAR: 76

    BEC: 71, 67

    AUD: 57, RETAKE 8/24

Becker review questions were pretty close to exam questions. I also found Gleim lectures were super helpful.
