pretty self explanatory, i have added the ninja mcq and have realized i dont know the difference between them as well as i probably should. I understand the engagement letter is sent by the auditor describing the procedures they plan on being performed(?), Auditor responsibilities? and any limitations to the engagement. And my understanding is the mgt rep letter is received at the end of the audit usually right before the auditors report? and i believe you need that in order to submit a valid opinion, also including mgt’s responsibilities for making all data available and disclosing and fraud or non compliance. Am i missing any major topics or points to help me distinguish between the two? thanks!
