    If I am a CPA and work for Cisco and have with great knowledge to Cisco’s books, and Cisco hired an outside firm such as EY to do an audit on their financials, would EY using me in ANY TYPE OF ROLE automatically impair independence?

    Can the Code of professional Conduct STOP EY from using me in any manner even if its MINOR?
