If I was you, I would finish with REG first, then move to AUD. You will most likely forget everything of what you already know. Focus on what don't know

For Aud – know the different types of opinions inside and outside and upside down, backwards might help too.

    Reg 11/15/2011 - 80
    Aud 02/28/2012 - 81
    Bec 05/31/2012 - 78
Far 08/31/2012 - 83 Do you believe in Miracles, YES !!!

@ Shay: Your probably right. I planned on retaking REG in November with only 4 weeks to restudy so that might be pushing it and also by then I might forget everything. I just finished A1 within a few days so not that much time was wasted. Going to jump back on REG and thanks for your suggestion!

Know independence issues. As far as direct interest (regardless of materiality), or indirect immaterial, and examples of what would conflict.

    BEC- 85
    Audit- Re-take
    FAR- Re-take
    REG- Re-take

@CPAski pretty much with any exam. You will most likely forgot alot of material, if not review with two weeks. Just pass and move on. Don't switch back and forth. Remember REG is 8 chapters!

    Good luck.

thanks everyone who answer the original question. I need to FOCUS on AUD.
