Fairly new to the forum, I sit for AUD on 4/2/13 and I wanted to ask successful testers..

What is your study process for the day before the test, do you cram all day or take it easy?

I would cram all day til around 5 then I would relax in the evenings. I would review my notes again the morning before my test on areas that were giving me a hard time and then test

    ^What she said.

Don't slow down the pace. Keep studying as much as you can until sometime in the afternoon. Unwind. Stretch. Read over and type your notes. Read over your weak areas. And try to keep your brain from going into overdrive.

@bnrhilton @InfernoOmni Kind of what I have been planning. I plan to take a practice test in the morning around the same time my actual test will be. Go to the gym to clear my head and relax some, then leave a couple of hours for review and mcq in the afternoon. Unfortunately, I take my test at 9am so it wont leave much time for review before I test.

When I failed my first test I felt I reviewed too much and didn't do enough mcq, changed that the second time around on BEC and had some success.

I agree with the others…I am a morning test taker myself. I would study most of the day before the exam but put it all away except for a few key notes at like 5 or 6 and just relax. Good Luck!

Bnrhilton hit the nail on the head in my opinion… I used that same approach.

Whatever you do, don't make yourself so mentally tired that you fade during the course of the four hours

I think it's a great strategy to schedule your exam on a Monday morning. That way, you can have all weekend to cram. Then, around 7 on Sunday, shut your computer down, RELAX, eat dinner, and get in bed early. Wake up a little early on Monday and go over the topics that you feel are most important and you don't know as well.

I also avoid drinking coffee on the morning of the exam so I don't crash during the 4 hr long test. A 5 Hour Energy shot was needed though.

I would cram. I never told myself “I wish I took it easy” after the exam.
