Hello! My first time posting.
What is the best CPA Review course for someone retaking Audit?
Long story short. I got Becker for free from my employer. Passed REG and BEC on the first try (82, 79!!). Got married and had a few months off. Thought I was in good shape. Took Audit in January. 57…. Took Audit again in April. 61…. Took FAR in May 70…. Took FAR in July. 77!! Yay!
Took Audit again in August (really busted my a** this time, took it the same day I found out I passed FAR).
61 AGAIN!!!! Ugh.
I am so frustrated. I don’t know if the problem is Becker because I’ve passed 3 with it. But, I just can’t seem to understand Audit and do well on the exam. (FYI, I am a Tax associate, no I’m not exactly passionate about auditing in general).
I have one more chance to pass audit in October before I lose REG and BEC. I want to get a new service and basically start from scratch. Obviously, I do not want to have to retake exams.
Yaeger looks good. I dig the old school approach and it appears to be one of the cheaper ones.
Any other recommendations other than Becker? I have ADD (doesn’t everyone) and have trouble focusing.
Any advice helps. Thanks in advance!
