Yeah it blows. They really don't take into consideration how much time this whole process takes…for EACH part.

    FAR 8/10 - 78
    AUD 8/10 - 78
    REG 10/10
    BEC 11/10

another71.com: Another widely held sentiment about score releases is that if a candidate doesn't receive their score in Wave 2 of a testing window, then they are “borderline” – i.e., 72-77. Would you say that in general, the most candidates who don't receive their score by Wave 2 are “borderline?”

AICPA: There are several possible reasons why some scores are released faster than others. If psychometric analysis is required, for example, the scores of all candidates who took a articular examination version – whether passing, failing or on the brink – are held until the analysis is completed. For those who took AUD, FAR or REG, the “second reads” of written communication responses may also be a factor. “Second reads” are additional reviews of essays for candidates whose scores are close to passing.

^ For those who have been wondering about “borderline” scores

From what I can deduct it seems like there is a possibility that we are borderline candidates if the purpose of the hold up is a second review of the essay portion.

Thanks, mst995. Now, I'm really praying that I can pass since I'm in CA and haven't received my AUD score yet…

mst995 – What is interesting is that I already got 2 other borderline scores for FAR and BEC (76 and 78) and I received my scores in the first score release of wave 2. I have never had to wait this long before. So, I think nobody really knows the logic behind this score release process.

When did you all take the AUD exam? I took mine on 8/27…I'm wondering since there were so many people taking that the last ones in are the last ones out. NASBA really needs to give dates as to when the scores will be posted. After spending all this money to take the test and countless hours studying that is the least they can do!!!

@gabitza I did see a couple people post borderline scores monday night, so I agree, there's probably more to it. It is possible that many of us received the same test version, and they are evaluating the actual test? who knows really…

@DJERZ I took mine 8/30, but I think I saw some scores from people who sat late in the month.

Please stop holding us and our scores hostage. It can't be that hard to release them all at the same time, I think this is all just to play w/ our minds and try to see how far they can push the envelope. We've waited long enough let them go.

    BEC 7/20/10 88 (90 hours)
    AUD 8/27/10 73 (65 hours), retake 11/22/10 81 (75 hours)
    FAR 10/28/10 80 (157 hours)
    REG 1/7/10 extended to 1/17/10 78 (130 hours) I'M DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It most likely has to do with the same test version or sims. Also a lot of people are taking AUD now to avoid the changes in 2011. There were 11,000+ scores released for BEC. I'm assuming there are more AUD scores and only 7,000 have been released so far. I can't see 4,000 remaining scores all being “borderline”. Anyone else agree?

    FAR 8/10 - 78
    AUD 8/10 - 78
    REG 10/10
    BEC 11/10

ridiculous – I agree with you, at this point we are not all borderline…. we can only hope that those in Cali wake up tomorrow morning with Reg and/or Audit scores… doubtfully but I'd rather not deal with this friday night haha

    FAR 7/2 - 88
    BEC 7/30 - 87
    AUD 8/27 - 80
    REG 11/12 - 96

@ridiculousprocess – I totally agree with you. I think there were too many people taking AUD this window to avoid the changes in 2011. I think this is why they had to split the scores up for wave 2…and unfortunately, we weren't too lucky this time to get the scores with the first release. Too bad….

Hello everyone here, I took AUD on 8/30, and didn't get my score yet. I am in WA state. Do we have any other way to check the score besides NASBA wesite and getting score notification email?
