Last month my FAR score was released in wave 2.5 and it was borderline – I got 75

BEC - May 8, 2010 - 83
FAR - July 20, 2010 - 75
AUD - Aug 27, 2010 - 76
REG - Nov 20, 2010 - 88 ALL DONE!!!

Passed AUD with 96 here in VA! Thanks God! There was definitely some sort of curve cuz I guessed on lots!

As far as the “borderline” theory goes – of course you are going to see scores at or around 75, but mixed in with other, higher scores in Wave 2.5 – but not all the scores are borderline. So I don't think it's fair to say that if you are in Wave 2.5 you are borderline…unnecessary stress! Just wait and find out what your score is. I only say this because of the last Wave for FAR people were freaking out thinking they were borderline because some FAR scores got released with REG (something like that) and people ended up passing with 80s and 90s.

In Q3, wave 1 on 8/20, 7629 AUD scores were released.

On 8/23, an additional 1808 were released. These were not “borderline” from what I read on the forum.

Then another 313 AUD scores were released on 8/25. I think those were borderline for the most part.

I could be wrong.

Same thing happened with FAR.

From Illinois and still waiting for my score! I checked late last night after I heard scores were released and it still was “waiting for score”. So frustrating seeing as this is my last exam. I'm really hoping the rest of the AUD scores get released later this afternoon because I have talked to friends from ill who took it in wave 2 and they have already received their scores. Just praying for a 75 at this point!

Ugh I just tried the loophole and it's letting me sign up for audit. Ugh. This just doesn't get any easier does it.

The loophole seems to only cause stress at this point 🙁 if you can reregister you think you failed, if you can't reregister you still don't know because maybe your score wasn't received yet 🙁 blahhhhhhhhhhh

I'm off to go run for an hour or two. Studying is completely useless. Maybe tiring my body out will make my brain stop racing……….

Anyone from NY? Im horrible at this CPA thing, I thought I passed Audit but its letting me reregister. Ive taken BEC 100 times and am right below passing each time. I have the other 2 pass but am against the wall having to pass BEC and Audit potentially next window or else I lose FAR. Anyone from NY have an update?

Yeah cpa2be it took me a while but I was able to get through to the registration page and it let me click the box 🙁
