The loophole is not 100%. It's always worked for me in SC though. Some people in FL and SC could re-register last window but they passed. I tried the loophole this morning and I could not re-register and I'm trying it again now but can't get passed my personal info page.

I called NASBA and Christine said they received “some” scores and I should know by September 30. Jeez.

They are not allowed to tell us whether or not they have our score anymore.

I was/still am able to register for REG and I passed that one….so maybe it does depend on your state like nktech says.

I've tried the loophole (OH) twice this morning and don't get any message at all. It takes about 8 minutes to process and leaves me at the first screen. Can't get through to GA – get an error message. The loophole has worked 3 times for me, in FL. I got back to back 74's on AUD and REG and it let me register. Passed REG in July and had AUD scheduled in August on the same NTS and it wouldn't let me get through to the checkboxes. I saw others post about the “coordinator” message when they were waiting on their last part and they all passed.

I love theories but the loophole is killing me 🙂

I've tried the loophole for (Delaware) twice this morning and it allow me to register. I passed REG, FAR and taking BEC on 10/18 they all are blocked but Audit can allow me.

What it means I failed or Pass???????

jwel – I did not use the lectures much for this section, mainly studied by working the MC. I think that is the key. If you work all the MC in the book and the Wiley CD you should have no problem passing the exam (assuming you understand why the answers are correct and not just memorizing the answers). I can finally get back to studying for the next part and hopefully be done with this in the 4th Qtr.
