So the Ohio loophole will only work if your scores have been received by NASBA from the AICPA? And can someone explain the GA loophole to me.

Hi Gabitza ,

I think thats true.. and is also true for many of us who are not able to re-register in the loophole, may be the scores aren't released yet :(. I wish u and all of us goodluck and wish that we all pass.

I am waiting for FAR score, at this moment, link will not work for me. Per my understanding SSN# is required to use the either OH or IN Loophole system

Loophole system will work for individual subjects, if yiu are unable to register in Loophole, means it's a good sign. Wish you all the best

The loophole has always worked for me (I could always re-register for FAR), BUT I saw at least 4 people in the last testing window say they could re-register and they ended up passing. Wait until Monday night to know for sure.

I took mine 8/28…I hope I don't get pushed to another wave. Is that a possiblity? This was my first test, so I'm not sure how all this works yet. I just assumed I'd get mine in this wave.

it means that to them it looks like all sections are still “in progress” so they have no sections for you to register for (if that makes sense). It seems to be appearing when people have outstanding NTS's for all sections. I'd think if you failed a section and they had your score it would allow you to re-register….

Either way I think it's a good sign that you can't re-register yet 🙂

I got the same msg. in Indiana Loophole. it happnes b/c u have probably paid for all the sections and or passed the sections or a combination of both. in other words it means u have nothing to register. I got the same thing in IN loophole.

could either mean that AICPA hasn't released ur scores to NASBA or U passed the section.
