Audit tomorrow!! What should I do in my last few hours to prepare?

I’ve done tons of MCQs, just went through the 2012 AICPA release questions (only missing a few), did the short sample test from the AICPA, completed both Becker final exams, finished going through the flashcards, and now I’m wondering what else I can do before tomorrow to be fully prepared.

Any last thoughts from anyone? I feel better prepared for this test than for FAR but I did worse on the Becker practice tests for AUD than I did for FAR…

I plan on doing another progress test or two and reviewing the SIMs briefly to make sure it’s all fresh in my mind before 8:00AM tomorrow. Other than that, I’ll be done studying at 6:00PM so that I can relax a few hours before bed (and hopefully sleep…)

    Any comments are appreciated!

    FAR (7/12/12) - 85
    AUD (8/23/12) - 91

If its your first time taking audit, read the questions carefully. Audit can be tricky. Most of the questions for me came down to 2 close choices from ABCD.

Just remember in audit, its not the correct answer , its the best answer.

    Goodluck….

Best bet is to do some test simulations if you have any.

    AUD is evil.

You have to do the MCQ at a brisk pace to give you breathing room for the simulations.

I would suggest reviewing independence, what makes it and what breaks it.

    B 71 - 79 EXPIRED
    A 69 - 75 EXPIRED
    R 65 - 48 - 45
    F 56 - 61 - 65 - 64

Get yourself good and proficient in using the search in the authoritative literature. You can use it for EVERY single Sim, and with the sims being worth 40% of your score it's practically the “open book” portion of the exam.

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75
