OK Ninjas! So for the past 2 months I’ve been taking the lazy approach to studying aka study whenever I feel like it! Needless to say within those two months the only far I’ve gotten is engagement planning chapter. 🙁 So, I just received my NTS in Virginia and want to plan the exam for late February. I plan on taking AUD first before the exam window expires. A little about me, I am a full time graduate student pursuing an MSA and a full time accounting associate at a private company. So, I need feedback on whether my studying approach will be realistic or not being that I am 5 weeks away from my test date (not really official yet, but in my head).
(5 week study attack, keep in mind that my grad school classes just geared back up)
Materials Used: Wiley CPA Exam Review 2013 book, Ninja Notes 2014, Ninja Flashcards and Wiley CPA TestBank.
My plan is to read the chapters in the wiley book (estimated 3.5-4.5 hours per chapter), do about 50 MCQs, go back and write the ninja notes that correspond with that chapter/topic, do about 50 more MCQs and move on to the next chapter until the last week. Read the ninja notes a few times and re-write them. Take a few practice tests. Plan to study at least 120 hours total.
For those who may have already taken AUD, do you see this being effective or should I just wait a little longer and take the exam in April when the window opens back up? Also, what was your approach?
Did you find the MCQs similar if not exactly the way they are in your review program?
Thanks ninjas in advance!

May the "Force" be with me!
