AUDIT – Sims

    For those who have taken AUD, does the SIMS from CpaExcel and WTB help? So if I mastered all the SIMS from both material, I can “ace” the sims for AUD?

    The reason why I ask this is because of my experience from FAR. Even though I studied heavily on the sims for FAR in CpaExcel, half the sims on the exam looks NOTHING like what I saw/practiced on (excluding the research). I could figure it out eventually, but the wording was so… vague. I wish they had a higher schooler rewording some of the question. Better if there was a thesaurus next to the AL.

    Regardless of the answers I get from this, I’m still going to study sims, but I’m just going to assume that there’s no way I can “ace” the sims for AUD; no matter what I do. So far, the sims from both seems very, very similar.

    FAR - 62 (10/2/13), 50 (5/30/14)
    AUD - 73 (10/30/13), 66 (5/6/14)
    REG - 69 (4/8/14)
    BEC - 66 (2/27/13), 73 (4/21/14)

    The Wiley sims are great. I nailed them during my practice (averaged 92%), and I feel like I nailed them on the test. No results yet, so we'll just hope I'm right. I think the sims are the easiest part of the exam. Good luck!
