Hey guys,

Did you put an emphasis into studying audit sampling? the attribute sampling isnt too bad but variables sampling is rough. I’m nervous that I’ll get a sim on it.

I’m taking it the 10th. How would there be a sim on sampling, like mean per unit and all of that stuff? I went through every sim on Becker, and the aicpa practice exam, and there’s nothing on sampling in there. I’m not saying Becker is perfect, but they usually have a pretty good idea of what’s going to be tested, so I’d be super surprised if there was. Let’s just hope we don’t get that lol

Sampling was one of my weakest areas going into the exam in May, and I was nervous I would get a SIM on it. I didn't have any of the sampling calculations memorized. Let's just say I shouldn't have worried. I guess you never know what they'll test, but I'd put more emphasis on studying the differences between the methods and when each would be most useful.
