Audit Letter of Inquiry–Who Signs it?

Taking Audit exam tomorrow, and I was just going over certain topics and wanted to clear this up. The letter of inquiry is prepared by management then sent by the auditor, so I assume the entity’s management signs it. Does that mean the CEO/CFO sign it just like the management representation letter?
