I took auditing exam today. It was very vague. At least two FAR questions in AUD!!

same exact thing happened to me in the sims, pretty annoying

I guess I'm glad I took Audit last month. Since it's still fresh in my mind.

Started sitting in May 2002, on and off. But since 2008 I've been nonstop and my scores are....

what did you think of the AUD exam? I thought the M/C's were okay, but the simulations had me a bit bewildered, with all these journal entries for audit procedues and finance matters. i really hope i did well, i don't feel like taking that again. after the M/C's i was thinking, ‘hey, i may just pass this!”, and then the simulations came and it brought me straight back to earth. this 2011 format is really tough. they do weight simulations more, so i wonder why they don't shrink the amount of M/C so we will have more time for the simulations.

sounds like your mcq's went well. I think your feelings on the sims is par for the course for 2011. UGH. It is so hard to study for the sims. I am sitting on 8/30 and going to look at the sims in Wiley and do mcq's until the bitter end.

I took my Audit section today, which was my first section.. it practically felt like when i did my cesarean section for my twin boys. It was beyond any test i have every done, and trust me i have done alot of exams between my bachelors degree and my masters degree in accounting. The MCQs were really challenging except for a few that i have seen before in my review course software. The simulations were scary to say the least. The icing on the cake was that i got 2 research questions (unbelievable). I am praying like i never prayed before that i get a 75.
