I’m currently using Becker and Wiley to study for my Audit exam and it seems like Wiley focuses alot more detail into the IT questions (especially with the technical terms) than Becker does. Thoughts? Also, both barely cover international standards so should I be worried?

I think you will be fine if you understand the concepts. Becker and Wiley are a good combo. International standards are a mixed bag on the exam. This last AUD exam, I barely remember any international questions but others have said that they had tons.
