Im in review, and am still not getting audit procedures by transaction cycle MCQs. Scored a 56% on that part of my Chapters 1-4 progress test. Is it tested heavily on the exam? Any tips on how to get better at them?

Per the AICPA that is about 30ish percent. I wish I could tell you what was on my last exam but disclosure rules….

However, the one thing that I didn't understand (I was memorizing answers) was the cycles….The cycles flow through to a lot of auditing areas.

My tip is to understand the basics and then expand to all areas (assertions, internal control, etc). It has really helped me get a better overall view of auditing this time. My conceptual understanding has improved but I still get upset at those questions…

I am also having trouble to answer the transaction cycle questions. when I read the wiley book everything making sense but answer of questions are kind of making no sense to me ,,,which make me to feel that I know nothing about the transaction cycle.
