I am sitting for the Auditing exam On Tuesday. I was wondering how much emphasis everyone thinks I should put on reviewing financial accounting concepts (Becker simulation suggested review) for the simulation portion?

I can't say anything specific but I will say that in the test I just took, I would agree with the advice Becker is giving. Probably a toss-up as far as what SIMs you get obviously, but it was helpful for me that I had taken FAR first because some of the concepts were fresh in my mind.

I wouldn't worry about details, just as long as you know your debits and credits and general impact on financial statements.

Whatever you can do to help your use of the authoritative research is your best time spent because you can use that for all of your sims which really bailed me out on my 3rd go at it.
