For some reason, I feel AUD is harder than FAR or REG in some way. FAR and REG both need a lot of time, but they are more straightforward to me. AUD seems very tricky. Any tips or suggestions to study this section?

I think AUD is tricky but it has been the easiest section to study for. Since there are no calculations you get through hundreds of MCQs in a day. You have to RTFQ, just a little spin on the wording can cause a wrong answer. I highly recommend reading your review book, or Jeff's NINJA notes before you go HAM on MCQs. You know you have a concept down when you read a question and you already know, or at least have an idea of what the correct answer is before looking at the options.

A lot of people get nervous about memorizing the audit reports. You don't need to memorize all of them. I only memorized the standard report, and I understood how all the other types varied from that one. I take the metro to work every day, and I always take a book with me. I made a flash card with the standard auditor's report on it, and before I let myself read even a page of my book, I read through the standard report at least once. I was surprised at how well it stuck.

Also, make sure you really understand audit procedures by transaction cycle. Once you get that, you're golden.

    REG (2/24/12) - 89
    AUD (4/5/12) - 89
    FAR (5/31/12) - 91
    BEC (7/7/12) - 84

    jenuno01 and wickedrentlover,

Thank you for the reply. I guess I need to put more efforts to understand it other than memorize it. I will try to do more MCQs too to see how the result comes out. ^^
