@okcpa2015 – you seem to have a good grasp of Audit. How are you studying transaction cycles and management assertions (valuation & allocation, existence etc)? These are my tough topics…I don't completely understand all the transaction cycles which I guess I could memorize, and I'm just not making the connection with management assertions to the transactions/balances.

I hit the review phase 5 days ago here are my stats:

Average: 67%

Trending: 86%

I'm planning to repeat MCQs over and over to get my average closer to my trending and hopefully keep trending at 85%+

So far I am feeling good with Becker A1 and A2 which is just Audit Reports and Other Reports. Other Reports has been a bear with notes but I feel I am grasping 90%+ on these two sections. This week I skipped Becker videos as they didn't do a whole lot in chapter 1. I may supplement them as needed for confusing pages but that is all.

@CPA 2015- from the previous page- it looks like there are 2 different letters, in the 1st question it was about engagement letter , and in the second question -about management representation letter.

Just started studying for AUD… Do we need to memorize both the old way (“Unqualified”) AND the new way (“Unmodified”) or just know the differences and similarities?
