    Ya I would think A too.

    I pulled this right off the Florida Institute of CPAs website, “Professional standards require that a CPA must be independent to perform of Agreed-Upon Procedures.” Also from AICPA.org, “The practitioner may perform an agreed-upon procedures attest engagement provided that—a. The practitioner is independent.”

    What am I/we missing?

    REG - 60, 78

    IF I FALL, I WILL GET BACK UP. IF I AM BEATEN, I WILL RETURN.

    @TRYINGTOPASS – 1. YES YES

    And to add in compilation: You don't have to be independent but if you aren't you have to say you aren't.

    Taking AUD on the 22nd. I practice 10 questions per chapter at a time and consistently get 80-100%. Take practice exam and get a 50%. I don't get it.

    Norseman 10 Questions per chapter may be not enough. Also, the difficulty of the questions that you did may not have been too hard. I think the amount of questions you do does not reflect whether or not you have mastered the topic. Those 10 Q's can be a similar question you have seen before. Try increasing the amount to 30 per chapter or something and if you see a similar Question disregard it perhaps. I know many people have said this but do take the time read over other answers and see what you are not getting and maybe brush up on that topic. Make sure you have a good knowledge on some potential financial accounting SIMS. Best of Luck!

    I work FT and try to do 120 – 180 Q's a day. Using Ninja or Becker I select all topics and do 30 at a pop.

    On weekends I'll either do practice tests or just do as many MCQ as I can take.

    Taking exam on the 29th. I have read NINJA notes once and done about 800 questions trending 72%. I am planning on keep doing the MCQs and may be practice couple sims leading towards the test day. I can complete about 180-200 questions a day. Do you think this will be enough to pass? Please suggest. Who else is taking the test at end of Feb and how far are you and what's your strategy?

    @PRAISE

    I am taking it on the 29th and have attempted over 3300 Q's in ninja and I'm not sure how many on Becker. I also started studying back in Dec. I am working full-time so I wanted to give myself some wiggle room in case I was slammed at work. My boss has been nice and been letting me fly under the radar and let me not really do any OT before the exam.

    I'd do all problems in Ninja. I found out doing 1000-1200 questions on Ninja doesn't help. doing 1000 questions on other sections worked but not Audit.

    @EuroAddict, i've done 2800 myself. you and i are pretty close. race on (my exam is on the 27th).

    Thanks guys. I will keep hammering the MCQs. I am having trouble understanding Transaction cycle and Sampling. I will try to see if Rogers or Wiley have some videos in youtube. Rest of the material seemed easy to understand and the questions aren't as tricky as the two topic mentioned above. Goodluck to everyone studying.

    I am amazed at the fact you guys have done 3300 MCQ. I am using Wiley Test bank ( I had Ninja and it expired, is there a cheaper cost to re-up it?) and it only has 1100 MCQ for Audit. Do you guys just keep going?

    “…The Answer is “D” because the sample size is needed in order to evaluate the results of the attribute sampling since it is used to calculate the deviation rate for the sample”

    Can anyone explain? Thanks.
