    @STILLGOIN

    I'll say “C”. The reason being is that there are plenty of more procedures that lead you to “C”, not just observation and inspection.

    FAR - 79, 05/2015 (second try)

    AUD - 84, 03/2015 (first try)

    I got 99 problems but the CPA ain't one.

    thanks @Euroaudit & @hokinizeu…its clear now.
    Plz post some questions if you have any….
    I heard about JE SIMS…how are you preparing for those SIMS?

    @euro – it's more like 2 years rather than 1 because it has to be one full audit year. Basically you just need to kind of round up. You did the audit February 2015? Assume that 2015 you can't do anything and then add one more year, so you wouldn't be able to work for that client until 2017 which essentially feels like 2 years rather than just a single year.

    Does that make sense?

    BEC - 80
    AUD - 64, 75 - credit lost, 90!!
    REG - 73, 74, 83
    FAR - 61, 72, 85

    Feels good finishing on my best note. Time to watch the mailbox.

    @euro Thank you.

    Was the answer to the question about the partner that the partner could not own any part of the audit firm? That is the difference. What they are saying is the audit partner can leave and be hired somewhere else, but he also has to not own capital in the firm when the cooling period starts. I had a similar question in NINJA.

    Taking AUD tomorrow. I got 68 and 72 on my Becker practice exams and 84 on the Wiley practice exam. I am in tax and audit is not my thing. I can't tell if I am actually learning the material or if I am just memorizing the questions. Any last minute advice?

    FAR – 82 10/2015
    AUD — 01/2016
    REG — 05/2016
    BEC — 07/2016

    That's the plan anyway!!

    I suggest looking over adjusting JEs, types of risk and do the AICPA sample exam on their website. Good luck!!!

    Thanks! It was a little more difficult than I thought it was going to be. MC started off really easy and then get REALLY tough. I guess I will know Feb 23. Fingers crossed!

    @AMartinCPA You’re welcome. Tougher questions is a really good sign.

    Hey everyone. Relatively new to the site, so thought I'd introduce myself! Taking AUD this month, after taking some time off from the CPA pursuit. Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress!

    Good luck to the future CPA'ers.

    @monikernc VA board hasnt' replied me yet although I emailed them 3 times. I got a response from NASBA, including a Va representative so I should be ok.
