I am about to start studying for AUD for the first time… Have passed the other three tests.

It seems like AUD is a completely different beast from everything I've heard people say here. Can anyone who has taken it/started studying already give a kind of general comparison of AUD to the other tests? I just want to get a sense of what I am in for and how soon I should start studying for my November exam. Hopefully others starting to study for AUD for the first time would find it helpful, as well.

Glad to hear i'm not the only one struggling with A4! A1-3 seemed manageable and I was doing pretty good on the HW after watching the lectures but then I got to A4 and woah! I am getting around 50% on most of the homework and the questions are so confusing to me! My exam is Oct 3rd and I really hope I will be ready.

Is anybody else having difficulty finding the research questions in the AU-C section? Using keywords I can almost always find what I'm looking for in AU pretty quick but it takes FOREVER to find it in AU-C. On the actual exam is the AU and AU-C AL on the exam or just the AU-C since that is what we are supposed to use for the answers?

@hopeful it should be the AU-C only. I'm using both gleim and Wiley and I have no problems with gleim but I have a ton of problems using the WTB for sims.

@ Geee I failed AUD too, I got a 64 and I saw that I was weak on the sims as well. I cannot offer any advice but a few friends that pass recently said to try Wiley TB. Hope that helps and I wish you luck!

    AUD - 64, NOV'13
    BEC - FEB 2014
    FAR - FEB 2014
    REG - MAY 2014

Hi everyone, I left this forum a while — I was here in June, was planning to retake AUD in July. Then we have to move from VA to WA, it's a huge action! So I have to postpone my exam to beginning of Oct.

I took AUD in end of May, got 74, yeah, one point. I am using Yaeger home study, Wiley book and test bank, and Ninja audio and notes this time. My problem is I did too many times of all these questions in these resources, so I remembed lots of them. This time I think I will spend more time on reading the text, especially the new AU-C. I also purchased Gleim's SIMs, I was very weak at SIMs last time. Really hope I will make it this time!

I will come to this forum every morning to get motivated, and try to answer a question or post a question, to force myself just know it, but know it well.

    Let's do it!

    AUD:5/30/2013 (74, so close!) 5/2014 (90 first pass!)
    REG: 2/27/2015 (85)
    FAR: 8/2011(64) 4/2012(74) 8/31/2015 (80 finally!)
    BEC: 11/24/2015 Let's do this!

    Hey guys,

I'm new here. If your contingency is settled by a third party insurer. Do we still need to disclose it? How would it work with legal confirmation since the lawyer is not handling the lawsuit but rather the insurer?

@NotToLate.. I hear ya.. I'm here with you… I felt so devastated … Just b/c I was so confident I was going to be in the 90s… but end up getting 63… This got me more mad than anything…. It's personal now.. I need to knock this exam out.
